At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all hardware, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
